| I find it very hard to stay motivated when beginning a new exercise program; when I don't see results right away, I get discouraged. Any tips? |

| Yes, it can be really hard to stay motivated at first...I like weight-training and Pilates, because after a few weeks I can really notice a change in my body, which helps me to continue working out. There are lots of DVDs for Pilates, so try one and see if it's something you like. Good luck! |
