I have a question..What is the difference between Green Tea and White Tea?..I drink a lot of Diet Cola's and I want to change to something that is good for my Health..I read a Study that was done on "Cola's" and it really bothered me..especially where it will cause Metabolic Syndrome which has many side-effects on the Body..Would someone have an answer for this question?..I would appreciate it.

im not exactly sure. i just thought green tea was always better for you. if you find out let me know
