I have breakfast in the morning the only thing I eat for breakfast is the low fat fruit and grain bars. Then for lunch all I eat is yogurt and water. For dinner I have half of a plait of food we eat every day at 6:oo then I clean up the table and then go walking at 6:30. After that I eat a snack around 8:00 I eat a yogurt bar and have water. Please someone tell me what else I could do to lose the fat on my stomach and my hips and my thighs? Thank you for you're help. |

It sounds like you're off to a good start. Don't give up it takes time. I've
been doing the same thing you're doing since May 2007 and have lost 20lbs.
It takes a lot of will power and dedication. If you're serious about losing weight, you will succeed. I use the machine the elliptical for my thighs and it's
working. I'm on this machine from 30 to 45 minutes 5 days a week. As for
the stomach. It is hard to loose. I started running. I went from power walk to running and that does seem to be helping. After about a month of your walking try to add like 2 minutes of jogging for every 10 minutes of walking you do and eventually you'll like it and as you get used to it, your minutes of jogging will increase and before you know it, you'll be jogging like 30 minutes.
Good Luck to you. You are on the right track. Keep it up and don't get discourage, be patient with yourself. |

| You can always do the power walk like suggested above but you can also start doing some light weight training ... some 5 lb. dumbbells and doing sit up's are backward sit ups to help with your stomach. |
