There's a recipe for low-fat chocolate cake that calls for 3 egg whites/cooked & I'm not quite sure what that means. It doesn't say how it should be cooked or why. I've never baked a cake that called for cooked egg whites before. Did anyone try this recipe from Nubella? If so, how are the eggs cooked? B. M.
