Recipe: Easy Vegetables with Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients:
  • 1 smallhead cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cup broccoli florets\raw
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Cooking Directions:
Steam cauliflower and broccoli florets for 10 minutes, or until tender. In a small saucepan, place olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Put vegetables in a serving dish. Pour lemon and garlic sauce on top. Garnish with parsley.
