| Ingredients: |
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 mediumegg, well beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup raisins, or golden raisins
- 1/2 cup Jonathan or Macintosh apples, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place batter in a well-greased 9 x 13 inches baking pan. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and cut into bars while still warm.
