- 1 Lbs. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- 1/3 cup onions\raw, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup soy or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley or dill
- 1 Tbs. seafood seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using. |
