Recipe: Marinated Crabmeat Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 Lbs. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
  • 1/3 cup onions\raw, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy or vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. fresh parsley or dill
  • 1 Tbs. seafood seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
