Cooking Directions:
Bring water in a large pot to a boil. Place lobsters in the water. When water returns to a boil, continue cooking. The cooking time depends on the weight of the lobster: about 18 minutes for a lobster that weighs 2 lb . For each addition 1 lb , add an additional three minutes cooking time. For smaller lobsters, cook for about 15 minutes. Serve with melted butter if desired.
