Recipe: Potato au Gratin with Blue Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 2 Lbs. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chives or scallions, chopped
  • 1/3 Lbs. blue cheese\grated
  • 1/4 Lbs. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a well-greased 9 x 13 inches baking pan, layer the potatoes, topping each layer with salt, pepper, chives or scallions, blue cheese, and Parmesan cheese. In a bowl, combine the milk and garlic. Pour over the potato layers. Bake at 350° F for 65 to 70 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
