  • 1 mediumhead cabbage, grated
  • 3 carrot\raw, grated
  • 1 smallonion\raw, chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
