- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Soak cabbage in a bowl of salted water for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
