| Ingredients: |
- 3-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1-1/4 cups shreddedred cabbage\raw
- 1 cup shreddedcarrots\grated
- 3/4 cup dicedcelery\raw
- 1/2 cup choppedonions\raw
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4-1/2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric, or curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer until sugar dissolves. Pour over cabbage, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight. |
