Ingredients:
  • 3-1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1-1/4 cups shreddedred cabbage\raw
  • 1 cup shreddedcarrots\grated
  • 3/4 cup dicedcelery\raw
  • 1/2 cup choppedonions\raw
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4-1/2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric, or curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

Cooking Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer until sugar dissolves. Pour over cabbage, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
