| Ingredients: |
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbs. shortening
- 1 Tbs. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup sugar

- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix first 7 ingredients by hand. Spread in a greased and floured 9-0/1 inches cake pan or springform pan. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing with a fork to create crumbs. Spread on top of batter. Bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting. |
