Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 450° F. Score the duck fat in a crisscross pattern. Heat a large sauté pan. Place duck breasts skin side down. Render duck breast in own fat approximately 1-3 minutes. Place in oven and bake until internal temperature is 160° F. Serve with Southern Comfort Cranberry Orange Glaze. Source: Southern Comfort Company
