- 1 mediumonion\cooked, finely chopped
- 6 mediumbasil leaf, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lbs. Arborio rice
- 4 cup chicken stock
- 2 lemon, juice and zest
|

| Cooking Directions: |
In a sauce pot, sauté onions until transparent. Add basil, rice, and chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add lemon zest and juice, then remove from heat, cover, and let stand until desired thickness. Season to taste.
