| Ingredients: |
- 8 flour tortilla
- 1 Lbs. canned refried beans
- 3 Tbs. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 Lbs. ground turkey breast
- 1 cup green onions, diced
- 1 cup plum tomatoes\cooked, chopped
- 2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green chili salsa

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 425° F. Heat tortillas until they begin to turn brown, about 3-5 minutes. In a skillet, heat the beans, chili powder, and cumin powder. In a separate skillet, cook the turkey over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 6-8 minutes, or until meat is cooked. Mix in onions and tomatoes. Top the tortillas with equal parts bean mixture and then with the turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 425° F for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Top each tortilla with sour cream and salsa before serving. |
