Recipe: Almond Dijon Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking pan. Blend mustard and mayo together and spread on top of chicken. Top with almonds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
