| Ingredients: |
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast fillet
- 2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 375° F. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking pan. Blend mustard and mayo together and spread on top of chicken. Top with almonds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. |
