- 1 largemango, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom seeds

| Cooking Directions: |
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. |
