- 2 ripeavocado, pitted and mashed
- 2 cup sour cream, or plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger, finely chopped
- 2 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. lime zest
- 2 tsp. wasabi powder
- salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use as a dipping sauce. Serve fresh or refrigerate and serve chilled. |
