Ingredients:
  • 2 ripeavocado, pitted and mashed
  • 2 cup sour cream, or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp. lime zest
  • 2 tsp. wasabi powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use as a dipping sauce. Serve fresh or refrigerate and serve chilled.
