| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. choppedcrabmeat or imitation crabmeat
- 1-1/2 cups freshsoft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbs. onion powder
- 1 Tbs. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 cup olive oil

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil. Form into cakes about 0-1/2 inch thick. Add olive oil to heavy skillet. Add cakes and fry in batches over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. |
