| Ingredients: |
- 3/4 Lbs. ground chicken breast
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 smallonion\cooked, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbs. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350° F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Spoon equally into a 6-cup muffin pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. |
