Recipe: English Muffin Turtles

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Lbs. caramels
  • 3 Tbs. milk
  • 4 English muffin, split and toasted
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Cooking Directions:
Combine caramels and milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Spread on each muffin half. Place pecan halves around edge of caramel mixture to resemble a turtle. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Spread over caramel and pecans. Serve warm.
