| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 Lbs. caramels
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 4 English muffin, split and toasted
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine caramels and milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring
constantly until smooth. Spread on each muffin half. Place pecan
halves around edge of caramel mixture to resemble a turtle. Melt
chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring
constantly. Spread over caramel and pecans. Serve warm. |
