| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 Lbs. can pineapple pieces in natural juice, undrained
- 1 cup mediumbananas, sliced
- 2 cup coldfat free milk, or soy milk
- 2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

| Cooking Directions: |
In a blender container, combine undrained pineapple, banana, and milk. Cover and process on Blend for 20 seconds. Add strawberries. Re-cover and process on Blend for 20-25 seconds, or until mixture is smooth. Even;y pour into glasses. Serve at once. |
