Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 mediumripe banana
  • 1/3 Lbs. canned apricot nectar

Cooking Directions:
In a blender, combine blueberries and banana and process until mixture is coarsely chopped. Add 3 Tbs. of apricot nectar and process until almost smooth. Add remaining nectar and process until smooth and frothy.
