- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 mediumripe banana
- 1/3 Lbs. canned apricot nectar
|

| Cooking Directions: |
In a blender, combine blueberries and banana and process until mixture is coarsely chopped. Add 3 Tbs. of apricot nectar and process until almost smooth. Add remaining nectar and process until smooth and frothy. |
