Recipe: Chai - Indian Style Tea

Ingredients:
  • 4 cup water
  • 4 black tea bag
  • 3 cup nonfat milk, or soy milk
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 Frontier Cinnamon Sticks Whole
  • 1/4 tsp. Frontier Cardamom Seed Ground
  • 1 Frontier Whole Bay Leaf
  • 5 Frontier Whole Cloves

Cooking Directions:
Directions: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Strain. Wonderful chilled or hot. This is a mild chai. For a more spicy flavor, increase cinnamon, cloves and cardamom proportionally.
