- 4 cup water
- 4 black tea bag
- 3 cup nonfat milk, or soy milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 Frontier Cinnamon Sticks Whole
- 1/4 tsp. Frontier Cardamom Seed Ground
- 1 Frontier Whole Bay Leaf
- 5 Frontier Whole Cloves

| Cooking Directions: |
Directions: Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Strain. Wonderful chilled or hot. This is a mild chai. For a more spicy flavor, increase cinnamon, cloves and cardamom proportionally. |
