  • 2 largecucumber
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Cooking Directions:
Wash and peel cucumbers. Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumbers into chunks and place them in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the sugar over the cucumbers and stir. Drizzle on the vinegar and toss lighty.
