- 3/4 cup natural wheat and barley cereal
- 1/4 cup bran cereal flakes
- 2 tsp. roasted sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp. toasted almonds
- 1 Tbs. dark raisins
- 1/2 cup slicedbananas
- 1 cup slicedstrawberries
- 1 cup lowfat strawberry yogurt, or raspeberry yogurt

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add the raisins, bananas, and strawberries. Stir in the yogurt and serve.
