| Ingredients: |
- 2 cup shellededamame
- 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
|

| Cooking Directions: |
Cook edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Combine the broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Stir into the cooked beans and serve.
