Ingredients:
  • 2 cup shellededamame
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Cooking Directions:
Cook edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Combine the broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Stir into the cooked beans and serve. Source: 5 A Day
