- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 2 Tbs. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbs. honey

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer about 15 minutes or until
thickened and reduced to 1-1/4 cup . |
