  • 1 cup apricot nectar
  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 Tbs. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 Tbs. honey

Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer about 15 minutes or until thickened and reduced to 1-1/4 cup .
