Recipe: Baked Turkey Fillets
Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 15 min.
Cooking Time: 20 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 turkey fillet, about 6 oz each
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper\cooked, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 1 piece fresh ginger root, 1-0/1 inch long, minced, optional
  • 1 tsp. scallions, minced
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Season turkey fillets with salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except bread, in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Coat turkey filets with green pepper paste. Set aside 40 minutes. Arrange turkey in lightly oiled baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until turkey is cooked throughout. Serve on toasted bread.
