| Recipe: Molasses-Glazed Vegetables |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 Lbs. smallred potato, scrubbed
- 3/4 Lbs. baby carrot
- 1/2 Lbs. smallonion\cooked
- 2 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup light molasses

| Cooking Directions: |
Place first 3 ingredients in a steamer basket over boiling
water. Cover pan and steam 15 minutes or until tender. Drain
and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add
molasses and salt to taste. Bring to a boil. Cook 3 minutes or until
thickened, stirring constantly. Add vegetables, stirring gently to
coat. Serve warm. |
