| Recipe: Cranberry Raisin Nut Bread |

| Ingredients: |
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 Tbs. orange peel, grated
- 2 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. Sift together first 6 ingredients in a
large bowl. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Mix remaining
ingredients in another bowl until combined. Add to flour mixture
and stir until just moistened. Spoon into a buttered 9-0/1 inch
loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean when inserted in center. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and
cool completely on a wire rack.
