| Ingredients: |
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Lbs. skinless chicken pieces
- 2/3 Lbs. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 smallred bell pepper\cooked, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced

| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a
bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning
mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Combine soup and next 3
ingredients in a bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake 30 minutes
more or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Stir
sauce. |
