Recipe: Festive Chicken

Cooking Time: 60 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Lbs. skinless chicken pieces
  • 2/3 Lbs. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 smallred bell pepper\cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Place chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Combine soup and next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Spoon over chicken. Bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Stir sauce.
