| Recipe: Broiled Pineapple with Yogurt |

| Ingredients: |
- 4 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Lbs. pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 Tbs. chopped pecans
- 2 Tbs. sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt

| Cooking Directions: |
Turn on broiler. Pour melted butter in a shallow baking dish. Arrange
pineapple in a single layer in baking dish. Stir to coat with butter.
Sprinkle with pecans, coconut and brown sugar. Broil 3-5 minutes or
until sugar bubbles and begins to caramelize. Serve with yogurt. |
