| Ingredients: |
- 2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 cup lowfat milk
- cinnamon (optional)

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium low heat about
10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in milk. Cook until just heated throughout, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Transfer mixture to a blender. Process about 30 seconds or until mixture is thickened and frothy. Serve sprinkled with dash of cinnamon if desired. |
