| Ingredients: |
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Lbs. green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-0/1 inches pieces
- 3/4 cup recipe-ready crushed tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 Tbs. walnuts, chopped

| Cooking Directions: |
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Add
green beans and saute 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper
to taste. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover and
simmer 5-7 minutes, or until green beans are
tender. Stir in walnuts and serve. |
