Ingredients:
  • 2 largetomato\raw, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sweet onions\raw, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce, (nam pla)
