- 2 largetomato\raw, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet onions\raw, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 Tbs. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. fish sauce, (nam pla)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. Toss. Cover and refrigerate. |
