Recipe: America's Cut Bavarian

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • 4 America's cut pork chop, 1-1/2 inch thick
  • 2 Tbs. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 Lbs. mushroom\cooked, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 cup beer, room temperature

Cooking Directions:
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Lightly flour chops and saute 2-3 minutes until browned on both sides. Transfer chops to a platter. Add mushrooms and thyme to pan and saute 1 minute. Return chops to skillet, add beer and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 12-15 minutes until pork is just cooked throughout.
