| Recipe: Lower Fat Turkey Avocado Melt |

| Ingredients: |
- 8 slice whole wheat bread
- 1 cup fat-free creamy cucumber dressing
- 2 tomato\raw, sliced
- 3/4 Lbs. cooked turkey breast or smoked turkey, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup fat-free Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

| Cooking Directions: |
Turn on broiler. Arrange bread on a baking sheet and toast lightly 1 minute without turning. Spread dressing over toasted side of bread. Top with tomatoes and turkey. Arrange avocado slices in a spiral pattern over turkey and sprinkle with cheese. Broil 5-0/1 inches from heat source 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. |
