Recipe: America's Cut in Ginger Marinade
Servings: 4

Cooking Time: 15 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 America's cut pork chop, 1-1/2 inch thick
  • 2 cup dry white wine, or distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced or 1 Tbs. dry ginger
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. sesame oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a sealable bag. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2-24 hours. Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill chops over indirect heat in covered grill 8 minutes. Turn and grill another 6-7 minutes until chops are cooked throughout.
