| Recipe: America's Cut in Ginger Marinade |

| Ingredients: |
- 4 America's cut pork chop, 1-1/2 inch thick
- 2 cup dry white wine, or distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced or 1 Tbs. dry ginger
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. sesame oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients in a sealable bag. Seal bag and
marinate in refrigerator 2-24 hours. Prepare grill. Remove pork from
marinade. Discard marinade. Grill chops over indirect heat in
covered grill 8 minutes. Turn and grill another 6-7 minutes until
chops are cooked throughout. |
