- 1 Lbs. ricotta cheese
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs. miniature chocolate chips
- 10 sugar ice cream cone
|

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low
speed just until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and
refrigerate 30 minutes. Spoon mixture directly into ice cream cones
or into a decorating bag without a tip and then pipe into cones. |
