Recipe: America's Cut Teriyaki

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 12 boneless pork chop, about 6 oz each
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Arrange chops in a single layer in a shallow pan. Add marinade and turn chops to coat. Cover pan and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Discard marinade. Preheat oven to 400° F. Bake 15 minutes or until pork is nicely browned and meat thermometer reads 155° F to 160° F.
