Ingredients:
  • 12 boneless pork chop, about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Grill or panbroil chops 4 minutes on each side. Spread each chop with about 1 teaspoon per side of mustard. Bake 10 minutes.
