| Recipe: Polish Sausage with Cabbage and Beer |

| Ingredients: |
- 1 head green cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 head red cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 Lbs. cooked Polish sausage
- 1-1/2 cups beer
- water

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine cabbage, caraway and sugar in a large pot. Top with
sausage. Add beer and enough water to cover. Simmer uncovered over
medium heat 10-12 minutes until cabbage is tender. Drain and serve. |
