Recipe: Grilled Blade Pork Steak

Cooking Time: 30 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 pork shoulder blade steak, 0-3/4 inch to 1-0/1 inch thick
Cooking Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Place pork in a sealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over. Seal bag securely and place in a shallow bowl. Marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours. Prepare grill. Grill 10-15 minutes per side, basting occasionally.
