| Recipe: Grilled Blade Pork Steak |

| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 pork shoulder blade steak, 0-3/4 inch to 1-0/1 inch thick

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients, except pork, in a bowl. Place pork in a sealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over. Seal bag securely and place in a shallow bowl. Marinate in refrigerator 6-24 hours. Prepare grill. Grill 10-15 minutes per side, basting occasionally. |
