Recipe: Smoked Chop Casserole

Cooking Time: 30 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 1-1/3 cups cream of corn soup
  • 1/4 cup onion\cooked, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery\cooked, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1-1/2 cups packaged seasoned stuffing mix
  • 6 bonelesssmoked pork chops
  • 1 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a greased baking pan. Arrange chops over mixture. Combine sugar and mustard in a bowl and spread over pork chops. Bake 30 minutes.
