| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 cup ground coffee, heaping
- 2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 3 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
- 4 cup cold water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 oz. fine dark chocolate, grated

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine coffee, 1-1/2 tsp.
cardamom and ginger. Brew with cold water using desired
method. Combine milk and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir
constantly until hot. Whip cream with remaining cardamom to soft
peaks. Serve coffee with hot milk. Top with a dollop of whipped cream
and sprinkle with grated chocolate. |
