| Recipe: Peppered Steak with Tarragon |

| Ingredients: |
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. whole green peppercorn, drained
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. tarragon, or 2 Tbs. fresh, minced
- 1-1/2 Lbs. top sirloin steak

| Cooking Directions: |
Combine all ingredients, except steaks, in a nonreactive baking dish. Add steaks and turn to coat. Marinate about 50 minutes in refrigerator. Remove meat, discarding marinade. Turn on broiler.
Broil about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare meat. Increase cook time for desired doneness. |
