| Ingredients: |
- 2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
- 3 Tbs. cream cheese with chives
- 2 sourdough bagel, halved and lightly toasted
- 1/2 Lbs. sliced cooked roast beef
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Combine horseradish and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread
over cut sides of bagels. Top one half of each bagel with equal
portions of meat. Place remaining bagel halves over meat. Cut in half
and serve. |
