Recipe: Bagel with Roast Beef and Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 3 Tbs. cream cheese with chives
  • 2 sourdough bagel, halved and lightly toasted
  • 1/2 Lbs. sliced cooked roast beef
Cooking Directions:
Combine horseradish and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spread over cut sides of bagels. Top one half of each bagel with equal portions of meat. Place remaining bagel halves over meat. Cut in half and serve.
