| Recipe: Easy Pasta Bake |

| Ingredients: |
- 3/4 Lbs. pasta
- 1 Lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
- 3-2/3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Lbs. shredded mozzarella cheese
|
| Cooking Directions: |
Preheat oven to 375° F. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan and cooked pasta. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and bake 20 minutes.
