Recipe: Easy Pasta Bake
Servings: 6

Cooking Time: 30 min.
 
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 Lbs. pasta
  • 1 Lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
  • 3-2/3 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Lbs. shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan and cooked pasta. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and bake 20 minutes.
