| Ingredients: |
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 mediumorange, peeled, seeded, and sectioned
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. sweet red Passover wine

| Cooking Directions: |
Put all ingredients, except wine, in a food processor or blender and process
until coarsely chopped. Add wine and process until a fine paste is
formed. |
